He was predeceased by : his parents, Hillis Hay and Marie Hay (Messere). He is survived by : his siblings, John Hay (Carol) of Grand Prairie, TX and Mary Larkin (Joe) of Clarence, NY; his nephews, Jeremy Hay (Caitlin) and Joe Larkin; and his niece Karen Portillo (James).
