With sadness, we share the passing of Michael J. Matticio of Solvay, New York. Michael, born on March 5, 1940, passed away on July 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mattiaccio and Luisa Mattiaccio (Merola); his wife Angela E. Matticio (Artini); and his son Mark Matticio. He is survived by: his children, Christine Matticio (Tom Curtin) and David Matticio (Karen); his granddaughters, Sarah and Julia Matticio; his daughter-in-law Debbie Matticio; his grandson Brenin Matticio; and his sister Rose Bonk. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Marianne Cope Parish, 105 Stanton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209.
