He is survived by: his wife Shirleen Capozzolo Lewis; his children, Frank Lewis, James Lewis, Amy Rose (Josh), John Capozzolo (Laura) and Anthony Capozzolo (Lizz); and his siblings, Joan Trusilo of Manlius and Joseph W. Lewis (Lucille) of Dewitt. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
