It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elvira Giordano of Somers, New York, who passed away at the age of 91, on February 6, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael D'Aloisio and Giovannini D'Aloisio (Maurizio); her husband John Giordano; her daughters, Geraldine "Gigi" Finan (Richard), Joanne Lombardi (Joseph) and Diane Good (Daniel); and her siblings, Alfredo D'Aloisio and Susie Iorio. She was also cherished by grandchildren and 3 beloved great grandchildren.

She made me smile every time I visited Samijo. Her not so subtle fierceness as a woman was both refreshing & inspiring. It was beautiful to witness the blessedly close relationship she had with all her grandchildren. She will truly be missed. May she rest in peace. My sincerest condolences and love to Samijo & her entire family.”
