He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bevilacqua and Mary Rose Bevilacqua (Bucchina); his wife Adelaide; his brothers, Phil (Kay) and Pat (Rose Marie); and his sister-in-law Natalie Madden.
He is survived by: his children, Maria Lopiano (Frank), Frank Bevilacqua Jr. and Louis Bevilacqua (Linda); his brother Matthew Bevilacqua (Marie); his brother-in-law Joseph Carotenuto (Marion); his granddaughters, Stephanie Catania (Austin), Nicole Costa (Michael), Victoria DiCanio, Valerie and Christina Bevilacqua; and his great grandchild Sofia Costa.
