Henry Bekel Obituary

We bid farewell to Henry Bekel of Somers, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 18, 2025 at the age of 91. Henry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gerd of Germany, Katrina of Germany and Anni of Germany. He is survived by: his wife Gabriele (English); his sister Elisabeth Roeckers of Cincinnati; his children, Henry (Carol), Carmen (Mike) and Maria (Matt); his grandchildren, Megan, Steven, Elisabeth, Morgan, Nicole and Chelsea; and his goddaughter Anita (John Esswein).

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (95 Plum Brook Rd, Somers, NY 10589).
