He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Mitchell and Mary Mitchell (O'Connell); his wife Mary Jane Link Mitchell; his children, Tom Mitchell (Crystal), Patti Kravitz (Steve), Chris Mitchell (Martha) and Jenn Mitchell; his grandchildren, Lori Morris, Connor Mitchell (Grace McMahon), Chelsea, Matthew, Emily Kravitz, Dillon, Jacob and Avery Mitchell; his siblings, William Mitchell (Frances), Barbara Wiley (Philip), Linda Sgritta (Carl) and Richard Mitchell; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Link (Josephine) and Barbara Gelinas (late Jack).
In lieu of flowers, Jim's family has requested donations to Graymoor: Franciscan Friars of the Atonement.
