He was predeceased by: his parents, Helene Rofofsky and Gerald Rofofsky. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rofofsky of Pennsylvania; his children, Michael Rofofsky, Kelsey Lingenheld and David Rofofsky; his children-in-law, Pete Lingenheld and Cami Rofofsky; his grandchildren, Ryder, Hadley, Brennan, Dawson and Kaelyn; and his siblings, Mindy Franzone and Matthew Rofofsky. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews; and eight great-nieces and great-nephews.
