She is survived by: her sons, Gary Forbes (Melissa) and Paul Forbes (Carol); her nephew Alan Pryzgoda (Lynette Santolla); her grandchildren, Kristin Forbes (Kevin Willet), Gretchen Mastellon (Jerry), April Forbes, Robin Houdek (Mark) and Alicia Parrish (Jake); her great grandchildren, Madison, Remington, Reese, Ryann, Garrett, Sylvie, Brielle, Kaleb, Chandler, Donovan, Oliver and Max; and her children, Casey Flynn (Erin), Kate Flynn, Addison and Henry.
