She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas C. Grotyohann and Dorothy Ann Morgan Grotyohann. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. McCormack, Jr. of Cobleskill, NY; her children, Elizabeth Ann Mello (Joseph), Jennifer Gillespie (James) and Thomas J. McCormack, III (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Abigail Davis, Luke Dupuis, Sean Berry, Matthew Berry, Chase Wrubel, Marissa Wrubel, Graecyn Gillespie, Skylaer Gillespie, Taylor Gillespie, Thomas J. McCormack, IV, Owen McCormack, Eian McCormack and Colin McCormack; and her great grandchildren, Theodore and Henry Dupuis.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mereness-Putnam Funeral Home (171 Elm St, Cobleskill, NY 12043). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul's Catholic Church (265 Main St, Richmondville, NY 12149).
