He is survived by: his children, Lisa E. Perry (Joseph Therrien), Mark W. Perry (Diane), Brian J. Perry (Kelly) and Dena E. Perry (Kim Boyd); his grandchildren, Kara Perry, Reilly Perry, Matthew Perry, Connor Perry and Aden Bills; and his cousin MaryBeth Sclafani.
