With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn A. Smith (South Glens Falls, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Potter and Dorothy Potter (Hopkins); her husband Paul E. Smith; her children, David Smith and Darlene Luciano; her brothers, Bob (Becky), Dick (Pat), Gerald (Esther) and Donny Potter; her sisters-in-law, Joy Lamos (Doug) and Marge Ladd (George); her nephew Dan Ladd; and her nieces, Melissa McCane and Judy Dayton (Jim).

She is survived by: her son Doug Smith (Carol); her children-in-law, Tom Luciano and Denise Smith; her sister June Williams; her sisters-in-law, Jewel MacGregor (Rob) and Esther Potter; her grandchildren, Jeremy Smith (Kayla), Kendra Smith (Kaylon), Maria Willette (Jason), Regina Dibella (Jason) and Shannell Smith (Derek); her great grandchildren, Mario, Angelo, Anthony, Vincent and Lukas; and her great great grandchild Augustus Willette.
