He is survived by: his wife Laurel Maginsky of Southampton; his sons, Craig Maginsky of Derby, CT and Kevin Maginsky (Patricia Gichan Maginsky) of Southampton; and his grandsons, Nicholas Cameron Maginsky of St. Augustine, FL and Spencer William Maginsky of Manhattan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
