She was predeceased by: her father Percy Lassiter; her husband Eugene Jacobs; and her children, Eugene Jacobs Jr., Rebecca King, Kathy Ikpelue, Charles Jacobs, Barbara Jacobs and Garry Williams.
She is survived by: her mother Bessie Lassiter; her children-in-law, Sandra Jacobs, Ale'Williams, George Langhorne and Kingsley Ikpelue; and her brother Percy Lassiter, Jr. (Mallie).
