She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Scofield and Beatrice Scofield; her husband Leland Burnett Jr. (Buck) of Southampton; her sister Shirley Elizabeth Scofield (Liz); and her niece Jill Elizabeth Mansholt.
She is survived by: her children, Cathleen Burnett of Missouri, Sally Pomeroy of Massachusetts, Susan Burnett of Colorado, Nancy Bormuth (Douglas) of New York and Lee Burnett (Leighanne) of New Hampshire; and her nieces, Jennifer Morton (Duane) of Idaho and Andrea Burroughs (Steve) of Georgia. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 8 grandnieces & nephews, and 27 great-grandnieces & nephews.
