He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth V. Fowler and Dorothy Gates Fowler; his wife Gwen of Veteran's Memorial Cemetery; and his brothers, Frank E. Fowler and Robert C. Fowler.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Clara Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
