As Patricia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Patricia leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Niblock and Theresa Weber Niblock; and her brother John. She is survived by: her sister Marita Patrice; her cousins, Bill and Nancy Weber; and her sister Meg Sweeney. She is also survived by Sisters, Associates, and many loving friends.
