We announce the death of Doreen L. Williams of Sparrow Bush, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 78. Doreen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Doreen will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Doreen will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Doreen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman A. Seguin and Julia Mae Seguin (Coble); her husband George Williams Sr.; her daughter Joan Rodriguez; and her brother Christopher Seguin.
She is survived by: her children, George Williams Jr., Julia Rodriguez, Wesley Williams and Jean Rivera; and her siblings, Wayne Seguin, Clifford Seguin and Darlene Habiuk. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Martinez Morse Funeral Home (33 Railroad Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (50 Mulberry St, Middletown, NY 10940).
