He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lehn (Siebenhuener) and Jacob J. Lehn; his wife Sally (Weeks); his siblings, Jack, Joan (Donohue), Barbara (Newcomb) and Russ; his siblings-in-law, Ferne, Richard Schnier, Donald Donohue, Frank Newcomb and Robert Carroll; and his son-in-law Guy Perkowski (Pauline Schultz).
He is survived by: his friend Bob; his daughters, Lisa Perkowski of Port Jervis and Karin Lehn (Lynn Skinner) of Durham, NC; his grandsons, Caleb and Ethan Perkowski of Port Jervis; his sisters, Helen Eileen Schnier of Port Washington and Marilynn Carroll (Bob) of Sparrowbush; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Semonite of Wurstboro and Peter Weeks (Margaret) of Woodbridge, CT; his pets, Star, Olive and Cash; and his daughters, Meghan and Miley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
