He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Lopus and Frances Slayton Lopus; and his siblings, Robert W. Lopus and Carol M. Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Charlene B. Brown Lopus; his great-nieces, Constance L. Renzi of Frewsburg and Jennifer Schrader of Frewsburg; his great-nephew Phillip R. Wilson of Frewsburg; his son Charles Wallace of Jamestown; and his siblings, Gary A. Lopus of Sherman and Nancy J. Smith of Jamestown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
