He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Weaver and Blanche L. Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Weaver (Shannon), Jennifer Weaver and Julia Waterman (James); his granddaughters, Hannah Kemsley (Paul), Aubrey Waterman and Addison Waterman; his sisters, Maryann Wilson, Carol Giblin (Robert) and Jean Schuster (Glen); and his sister-in-law Liz Conway (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
