He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Tracey Crespo (Gil) and Matthew Byham (Laura); his grandsons, Jacob and Carter Byham; his sister Carol Barrett; his nephews, Jeff Barrett, Doug Barrett (Kim) and Sean Barrett; and his niece Amy Sage (Jim).
In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in his honor to Lollypop Farm ' Humane Society of Greater Rochester, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Golisano Children's Hospital, or to one of the many foundations that supports Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) -- a large group of horrific and still irreversible diseases, and of which Craig so courageously fought with unparalleled determination and strength.
