He was predeceased by: his former wife Doris Walton; his son David F. Walton Jr.; and his siblings, Richard C. Walton and Shirley Hammond (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Diane Walton; his daughters, Darlene Hunt and Diana Walton; his stepdaughters, Christine Staggs and Denelle Speranza; his grandchildren, Nicole Walton, William Martin, Michael Martin, Kristina Martin and Danielle Hunt; and his sister-in-law Pat Walton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
