He was predeceased by: his parents, John Evans and June Evans; his sister Trudy Drechsler; and his brother-in-law Al Drechsler. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Evans; his sons, Jay Evans and Jared Evans (Samantha); his granddaughter Elena; his father-in-law Richard E. Hoffman; his sister Kathy Waterman (Myron); and his sisters-in-law, Denise Hoffman (Buddy), Lena Batz (Larry) and Danielle Sturgis (Kenn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
