He was predeceased by: his son RJ (Richard Junior); his mother Dorothy; and his brother Gary (Nit). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly J. Williams; his daughters, Holly Marie Sibbald (Jeremy) and Mandy Lee Schmidt (Andrew); his siblings, James B. Flanagan (Kimmie), Sherry Smedely, Lori Williams and Jody Hare (Dave); his grandchildren, Lillian Marie, Brody Richard, Joli Rae, Ryder James and June Taylor; and his pets, Novah Reign, Sadie and Cheeseburger. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law and dear friends.
