He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Carol Bellamy; his children, James Bellamy of Spring Valley, Gregory Bellamy of North Carolina, Sherrita Bellamy of Spring Valley, NY, Ebony Boyd of Albany, NY, Lateishia Smith of Douglas, Georgia and Mercedes Vaughn of Albany, NY; his brothers, Dwayne Bellamy of Wharton and Kelvin Bellamy of Myrtle Beach; his grandchildren, Atiba Taylor, June Paterson, Justice Pitt, Cynai Summers, Gianna Marie Frost and Amir Dijon Frost; and also Cheryl Bellamy-McMath of Catonsville, Maryland.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's AME Zion Church (121 West St, Spring Valley, NY 10977). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
