He is survived by : his daughter Amy; his stepmother Debra; his girlfriend Nicole; his girlfriend's child Madison; his brothers, John, Robert (Alice), Edward (Heather) and David (Jessica); and his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Brandon, Tyler, Hana and Jacob.
