James H. Shute Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James H. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Shute and Frances Shute (Cromwell); his wife Linda Shute (Rast); and his siblings, Gordon Shute, William Shute, Patricia Janson and Michael Shute.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Thibault (Aaron), Timothy Shute (Carla), Bethany Hardesty (Michael), Amberly Shute and Carl Shute; his siblings, Gerald Shute, Virginia Provo and Robert Shute; and his sister-in-law Martha Hosford. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walter E. Baird & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (300 W Naples St, Wayland, NY 14572). A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
