She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Herington and Marjorie Herington (Grant); her husband Leland Durkee; her sons, Robert Durkee and Joseph Durkee; her sister Beverly Ross; and her grandson Caleb Durkee.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Durkee and Vera Smith (Roger); her grandchildren, Daniel Durkee, Rebekah Mallory (Sean), Sarah Durkee, Rachel Durkee, Leah Durkee, Bridgett Lehner (Mike), Micah Durkee, Mackenzie Smith, Keturah Durkee, Isaiah Durkee and Anna Durkee; and her siblings, Virginia Tesch (Harry), Ernest Herington and Roger Herington. She is also survived by great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Canadice United Methodist Church (5945 Canadice Hill Rd, Springwater, NY 14560).
