He was predeceased by: his parent Richard E. VanDamme Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. Garland of Springwater; his children, Amanda Hill (Pete) of North Carolina and Benjamin VanDamme of Pulaski; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Conner and Cadey.
