He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Sucato and Mary Tubiola Sucato; and his son James Sucato. He is survived by: his daughter Tabatha Lugo; his wife Cindi Emerick; his children, Jonathan (Laura), Jessica (James), Jennifer, Jay (Amanda) and Thea (Walter); his grandchildren, Chloe, Mason, Malia, Talia, Gabriel and Cordelia; his brothers, Vincent of California and Anthony of Pleasant Valley; and his sister-in-law Nancy Myers of Hyde Park. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
