With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Flora Trappenburg-Thieme of Stamford, New York, who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willem L. Thieme and Gerdina J. Thieme (Kaptein). She is survived by: her children, Cornelis Trappenburg (Yolanda) of Punta Gorda, FL, Johanna Tordai of Cobleskill, NY, Pieter Trappenburg of Spring Hill, FL and Liesbeth Trappenburg of Stamford, NY; and her grandchildren, H. Stephan, Carey Trappenburg (Sable Eldridge), Kristina (Koral-Tordai) and Laszlo Tordai (Dahiana). She is also survived by her ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
