She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard H. E. and Emily M. Dowling (Hubbard); and her sister Helen Mary Dowling. She is survived by: her children, Angie Robert, Francis, James Todd, Jr. and Jenna; her siblings, Rusty, Norine Dowling, Edwin Dowling, Willard "Bill" Dowling (Terry Riley), Timothy, Karen Dowling, William "Bill", Marjorie Dowling, Emily "Cookie" and Mark Reed; her grandchildren, Kylee, Ryanna, Bryleigh, Kerstin, Kennedy, Alecs, Zack, Kaden and Karter; Jackie Ashley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Lillian may be made to the Star Lake American Legion Auxiliary.
