Neitzel (Staten Island, New York), born in Port Richmond, New York, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; and her son Kenneth. She is survived by: her children, Richard E. (Teresa) and Susan Sax (Thomas); her grandchildren, Katrina (William), Sabrina (Robert) and Leif (Yvette); her great grandchildren, Chloe, Paul and Mark; and her brother Rev. E. L. Spruth.
