He is survived by: his wife Kerry; his children, Anthony M. Jr., Jonathan, Christian and Savannah; his parents, Torrence and Paulette; his brother Torrence (Diana); his grandparents, Edmund and Melvina Jagacki; and his parents-in-law, James and Barbara Thomson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or Snug Harbor Little League.
