He was predeceased by: his father Bennie Lee Williams; and his brothers, Arnold Williams and Darrel Deal. He is survived by: his mother Martha Louise Williams; his stepfather Claude Thompson; his son Anthony Williams Jr.; and his siblings, Tony Williams, Michael Williams, Garey C. Williams, James A. Moore Jr., James E. Williams, Lorraine Williams, Nina L. Williams and Dorothy Moore. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
