He was predeceased by: his daughter Carmen Osorio. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Charneco; his children, Daisy Charneco and Tony Charneco; his grandsons, Louis Osorio Jr., Tony Charneco III and Joseph Michael Charneco; and his great grandchildren, LJ, Ava, Callie, Francesca, Joseph and Daniela.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2819 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Saint Michael's Church (352 42nd St, Brooklyn, NY 11232).
