She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scully and Helen O'Loughlin Scully; her husband John Carroll; and her sister Joan Brennan. She is survived by: her children, John Carroll (Eileen), Mary Kilgannon (John), Barbara Ammendola (Richie), Steven Carroll (Susan), Linda Mooney (Thomas) and Nancy Carroll (Patrick Reilly); and her siblings, Jerry Scully and Kathy Lavezzo. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Barbara may be sent to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard Staten Island, NY 10306.
