With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Saladis (Staten Island, New York), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew and Theresa. She is survived by: her children, Helen, Frank, Peter, Joseph and Teresa; and her brother Matthew. She is also survived by grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
During the covid pandemic 2020, Barbara worked tirelessly to donate masks where her granddaughter Maria was working in a covid ICU.
