She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mullin and Henrietta Mullin; her husband Michael Donnelly; and her siblings, Walter (Lorraine), Howard (Theresa), Charlotte Lankford (Russell) and Constance Conti.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Valerie), Stephen and Douglas (Deborah); her grandchildren, Michael (Chantal), Thomas, Jennifer (Raymond), Douglas Jr. (Felicia) and Tara; and her great grandchildren, Addison Somerville and Douglas Donnelly III.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are greatly appreciated. This was Beverly's favorite charity.
