He was predeceased by: his father Frank Appice; and his brothers, Chuckie and Frankie. He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, Sami, Frankie and C. J.; his mother Jo-Ann; and his siblings, Nicole (Andy), Denise (Vinny), Robert (Melissa) and Peter. He is also survived by twenty nieces and nephews; and three great nieces and one great nephew.
