She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Taylor and Leona Banks Taylor; her sons, Melvin L. Miles Sr., Malcom Miles and Durail Miles Sr.; and her grandchildren, Jasmine N. Miles and James H. Miles III.
She is survived by: her children, Sondra J. Miles (Herbert L. Miles) and James H. Miles Sr.. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 31 great children, a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 11 Pike St, Staten Island, NY 10301. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stradford Home (1241 Castleton Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310).
