He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walsh and Ann Walsh; and his siblings, Eddie and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughter Joanne; his son-in-law Neil; his close friend David; his grandchildren, Julianna, Markos (Stewie), Mia (Meatball) and Alessandra (Lasagna); and his siblings, Sarah, Annie, Gerald, Michael, John, David, Robert and Patrick.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bedell Pizzo Funeral Home (7447 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10307). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church (6135 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10309). A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery (361 Sharrott Ave, Staten Island, NY 10309).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chris's name to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
