He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Grossane (Schneider) and Daniel Grossane Sr.; and his sister Frances Goeller. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Grossane; his children, Daniel M. Grossane III (Claudia), Gina Catanzaro (Anthony) and Elizabeth Nelson (Allan); his grandchildren, Steven Nelson, Katie Buck (Ryan), Kelly Ozier (Dylan), George Catanzaro (Carrie), Andrew Grossane, Matthew Grossane and Anna Catanzaro; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Venus, Abigail, Henry and Vincent.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Church (5411 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10312).
