Dennis Hyer Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 26, 2024, at the age of 77, Dennis Hyer of Staten Island, New York, born in Astoria, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hyer and Vincenza Hyer (Aiello); and his sister Janet Giacoia. He is survived by: his wife Peachy; his children, Tina Marie Hutter (James), Denise Finn (James), Amanda Kahl (Michael), Dennis Hyer (Melyssa) and Nicole Marino (Alexa); his brothers, Harry and Edward Hyer; his grandchildren, Kirsten Lantigua (Brian), Frankie Morrison (John Avine), Annika Kahl, Aden Hutter, Danielle Finn, Peyton Kahl, Christian Hutter, Hunter Hyer and Luca Marino; and his great grandchildren, Seraphina, Valentina, Penelope and Ricky.

In lieu of flowers, his family has decided to raise funds for a cause that was very important to him; the conservation of American Bald Eagles.
