She is survived by: her husband Dwayne; her son Anthony Perrotta (Tami); and her stepchildren, Richard Stantial (Nicole), Tracy Mahig (Rick) and Fawn Stantial (Dave Pruitt). She is also survived by brother, two sisters, and nine grandchildren.

“My Aunt Donna was truly the hands and the feet of Jesus. She was slow to speak, slow to anger and quick to listen. She spoke so fondly of her family. Especially her grandchildren who she loved so very much. She was happy and patient and so loving. She loved to cook. She had a servants heart. My Aunt Donna was my best friend when I was a little girl. She really knew me and truly understood me. I love her and will always miss her.”
