She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas "Nicky" Polizzano. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara, Lorraine, Carol and Dorothy; her grandchildren, Michele, Thomas, Nicholas, Lauren, Joseph, Nicole and Peter; and her great grandchildren, Robert, Alexis, Sarina, Ava, Samantha, Nicholas, Zachary, Danny, Alessia and AJ.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family of Dorothy requests that donations be made to Saint Jude Children's research Hospital.
