She is survived by: her significant other Louis; her brother Michael Fressola; her daughter Eva Lynn Hayko; her son-in-law John; her grandchildren, Emily Rose Forman (Christopher) and Benjamin Louis; and her great grandchild Henry Christopher. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
