He is survived by: his daughter Irena Werner-Buoninfante; his son-in-law Carlo Buoninfante; his cousin Edward Nikolsky (JoAnn); his sibling's children, Ewhen Werner (Marina Werner), Mark Nikolsky (Genevieve) and Valentina Shatalova (Vasily); his great-nieces, Alexandra Shatalova Prior (Richard) and Katerina Shatalova; his great-nephew Andrei Shatalov (Larissa Shatalova); his sister-in-law Ida Friedlander (Arthur Friedlander); his nephew Mark Friedlander; Nicholas Prior.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cherubini McInerney Funeral Home (1289 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10302). A burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Novo-Diveevo Russian Orthodox Cemetery (100 Smith Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954).
