He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Green and Dolly Green; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his sons, Mark (Rachele), Frank Jr. (Samatha) and Erik (Michele); and his grandchildren, Gavin, Calleigh, Logan and Frank Lee III.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Clare Church (110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308).
